With over 5 miles of original archives and local studies material dating back 900 years, the Record Office is the ideal place to explore the history of Derbyshire’s people and places.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to advise and guide people in their research, and for those who can’t visit in person, a copying and research service is available.
